And no, you can not really take off all your clothes, really now. But as my sons first birthday past (July 1) I remembered the suffering, the AGONY of de-HEAT. Ladies, mommies to be, I feel for you now!
So in honor of my poor preggo friends, in the heat of the moment, I would like to offer my 20/20 hind-sighted advice!
Dresses are a good thing
My forever favorite, the maxi dress, is such a great option!
1. Not restricting
2. Flatters anyone- even the bump
3. RE-USE that sucker!
Let's be honest, I HATED buying maternity clothing! To abuse a phrase so often abused these days, "In these economic times"...meaning "When momma is trying to figure out how to feed all of your greedy little mouth's," I do not want to buy something that will be in use for 2 months.
LAST BABY
A maxi dress, (really any empire waist, or baby doll) will fit you in such a great range of sizes that it can be used again as "regular" clothing.
Thank you Angelina!

Hi, congrats on the spotlight spot at the Relax and Surf Sunday hop. I am a new follower now. I have never had kids but I gotta say, I got a back ache just looking at that picture of you. The heat has to be hard to deal with, on the flip side though, I was born in a snow storm and it took forever to get to the hospital, mom said I started out as a trouble maker. ;) Hope you are having a great weekend!
Congratulations on being featured on the Relax and Surf Sunday Blog Hop! Now following you!
Ack! Being that pregnancy lasts for around 10 months, it's practically impossible to skip those summer months. I'm with you Cindy, Bless all those Mama's enduring this summer heat!
Kudos to you for baring it all and posting it! I delivered my daughter last September. So, I understand and send my blessings to those who are preggers during this scorcher! http://chatonsworld.blogspot.com.
