Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Honey Basil Glaze

I am not a baker. I am personally not fond of overly sweet dessert items. Therefor, my traditional Christmas cookie is less than traditional, and that much more satisfying!

This recipe also works well for mini-muffins!!

Pregnancy Cravings- Festive Fall Parfait

For dessert or breakfast, this warm and cool treat will bring a smile to kiddos face, or impress at an occasion! Best part, is its simplicity!

Ingredients-
  • Your favorite maple syrup
  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 peach
  • 1 apple
  • Granola
Warm the syrup and fill the bottom of your glass- (Like my fancy plastic dollar store one here? Fancy pants Luci will have it no other way...LOL!!)

Cut the fruit into age appropriate sizes, and mix with your yogurt.

OMG creamy and sweet but cut by the acidity in the fruit...SUCH a winner!

Got an amazing recipe? Something weird? We'd love to post it, with your links of course!! EMAIL ME for details
