Pregnancy Cravings- Stuffed Pancakes
Our new favorite invention came about through an argument between my two girls. Of course, they didn't want the same thing for breakfast; one wants eggs, one wants pancakes. MMMM.....
The best part, this couldn't be easier!
Simply use your favorite pancake mix as directed.
Ladle your pancakes on the griddle as you usually would.

Pregnancy Cravings- Citrus and Tamarind Chicken
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 27 minutes
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, skin removed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bottle Jarritos Tamarind Soda
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon green Tabasco
- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 vidalia onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
Preparation:
Place soda in saucepan, and bring to a rolling boil. Allow to reduce down 1/4 before you add brown sugar, Tabasco, lemon juice, and onions.
Thinly slice chicken breasts (this is easiest if they are still slightly frozen) and layer them atop the boiling mixture. Layer celery and cheese. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add green beans, and cook until heated through.
Serve over rice, egg noodles, or even spaghetti, for a sweet and spicy treat, in just minutes!

Pregnancy Cravings- Sweet & Salty Apples
The jury is out on the most common pregnancy craving; at least the polls here at Cute-Ecakes have determined it to be a 5 way tie...hmmm. This caught my eye however, and since I am such a fan of the sweet and salty combo, I'm thinking it will look good to a pregger too! Easy. Kid friendly. Satisfies the fruit, the potato chip, the candy all in one? The winner this week is from my number one go to location for recipes, Allrecipes.com . I love that you can type ingredients you HAVE, and they will return recipes in the ingredient search!
6 wooden sticks
1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Pregnancy Cravings KICKED: Recipe finds
Health specialists aren't exactly sure why pregnant women experience cravings in early pregnancy, but I've always imagined that whatever I wanted, the baby needs. That being said, if you are consuming an entire chocolate cake, this may not be the case! For each pregnancy, I've experienced different cravings.
