A recipe for losing the baby weight

Most women struggle with their bodies after baby comes. The lifestyle changes, the body changes, the eating habits change...everything is different, yet we expect our waistlines to return to normal?

A majority of the excess is water, and according to Jillian Michaels, here is a HEALTHY recipe to ditch it quick!

After searching and reading about the RESULTS of this drink recipe? Most people are saying that the taste is just not worth it. Can you overcome the taste for a full body cleanse?

What do you think about the tips?

I have not done that cleanse, but I have done them before and they work. Of course most of the weight I lost was up top.

Doesn't sound like it would taste that bad to me but I've taken some pretty groddy herbal tinctures. Are you just supposed to drink that alone or eat as well, I can't imagine that having just had a baby and not eating would be a wise idea.

Great Post! Love it. I tweeted it out and Plus 1'd it because I think it's really something a lot of women can benefit from.

Thanks for the information. Cleanses really do work although the taste is probably not that fantastic.
